1. How to request deletion
Email hi@redki.ke with your name, phone number, email address used on the case, and certificate or case reference if available.
We may ask for identity verification before deleting or changing sensitive verification records.
2. What can be deleted
Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time. Uploaded evidence, contact details and draft cases can generally be deleted when no longer required for service delivery.
3. What may be retained
Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, public certificate integrity, audit logs, security, tax/accounting or legal obligations. Where deletion is not possible, Redki will minimise, restrict or anonymise data when practical.
4. Public certificate changes
If a public certificate must be removed, corrected or revoked, Redki may revoke the snapshot and show a safe status rather than silently altering historical proof.
