1. Service scope
Redki Verification is an evidence and operator-review workflow for used-device transactions. It is not a manufacturer warranty, ownership guarantee, police report, financing clearance, or legal title document.
A certificate reflects Redki records at the time of issue and may be revoked or updated if new information appears.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must submit accurate information, obtain permission before uploading third-party evidence, and avoid uploading illegal, abusive or unrelated files.
You should still do normal transaction checks before paying for a device, including seller identity, payment safety and physical inspection.
3. Certificates
Public certificates are generated from signed snapshots. They display masked identifiers, result labels, trust score and evidence summaries. Internal files and operator notes are not public.
4. Limits
The MVP may depend on manual review and available evidence. Redki can refuse, pause or revoke a verification where information is incomplete, suspicious or legally sensitive.
